What We Do

At MCCH our mission is to provide safety and to bring hope and a future to vulnerable children. Read on to find out how we meet these priorities.

Providing Safety with a Home

The staff at MCCH strive to create an environment that feels like a home. The children sleep in dorms overseen by a matron or patron whose job is to ensure that they receive the care that they need. The home is located on ten fully fenced and guarded acres where the children are free to play and learn.

Providing Hope with the Gospel

MCCH's primary purpose is to spread hope and salvation through the gospel of Jesus. We want these children to know that they are treasured not only in our eyes but also in those of the almighty God.

"For you have not received a spirit of slavery leading to fear again, but you have received a spirit of adoption as sons by which we cry out Abba! Father! The spirit Himself testifies with our spirit that we are children of God." Romans 8:15-16

Providing a Future with Education

One of our top priorities at MCCH is that all of our children receive basic education. In Kenya, basic education is defined as three years of Early Childhood Development (ECD), eight years of primary school and four years of secondary school.

We provide both ECD and high school on site and our primary students walk up the road to a nearby public school.

In addition to basic education, we also have a dream that our students would be able to continue on to post secondary training. To learn more about this and how you can help, visit our college fund.
